Regner Sabillon is an ICT professional with more than 15-year experience in the field. Ph.D. Candidate, IT Consultant and University Instructor. His areas of expertise include IT management, IT governance, IT security, computer training, educational technology, IT infrastructure/ITIL/support, networking and web design. Before working in IT, he was a Military fighter pilot for the Honduran Air Force.
